the only thing is that on tripadvisor it says that the hotel is really dirty !!! we got a suite in the towers at the new yorker which can sleep 5 people for $209 and it has really good reviews on tripadvisor and is only 2 blocks away.

yeah we were just going to stay in the travel inn at times square but that sold out, i think there are some rooms left in the super 8 motel, two double beds in each room and good reviews on tripadvisor for about $160 per room per night.

I have bloody spent hours on the net getting rooms, gig tickets, flights from glasgow, i might be an expert on NYC now !!! I'm just glad its all booked now.

if anyone is undecided cause of cash stay in stat isle its loads cheaper and the commute is cool u can drink on the ferry then its a 1 train ride to msg the whole thing can be done in under 1 hour and u can save loads
