Mucky Fingers - 9/10. I really like this tune. It just is kind of Dylanish. It's nothing to rock out to, but to just listen and chill out to.
Lyla - 8.5/10 It grew fast but it doesn't stick like Live Forever. Still a nice tune
The Meaning of soul - This is a really cool piece of filler material it seems. 9/10
Keep the Dream Alive - Love this. This is among their best. 9.5/10
Let There Be love - Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant. 10/10
And this is after about a day of hearing them all.

Heard them 5-6 times (+LTBL a bit more)
Mucky Fingers: trying something new and succeeding, 9.
TMOS: I thought it was good at Glasto, even with poor sound quality, harmonica in it, 9.
KTDA: The first listen, nothing spectacular. Then it started to grow but still nothing spectacular, 8.
LTBL: 10.
And I'm not using Oasis-scale, where every songs get an extra point, I really think these are the best bunch of songs by them in years, and need not be compared to the early days.

christa doesnt like it.
that means that it wont be succesfull except for 14 year old twats who like jet.
i havent heard the rest of the album but right now i'm disappointed that they are hopping on the bandwagon.

Right, these songs are annoyin me now, I really didn't like meanin of soul the first time i heard it, but its impossible not to let the leg thump along to it now. I'm still not gettin into mucky fingers though...

It took a few listens for Mucky Fingers and KTDA, and MOS is fucking mega turned WAY up on a good sound system. LTBL just speaks for itself MF - 7 MOS - 8 KTDA - 8 LTBL - 10 And there is better to come... |

lyla 8/10 (first time i didnt like it, now i can stop singing the chorus every time i listen to it even though i dont like the drumming too much)
mucky fingers 7/10 (dont like the drumming, makes the song a bit dull)
meaning of soul 6/10 (nothing very special but good rock feeling)
keep the dream alive 9/10 (great oasis style song. andy did a great job. i cant wait to listen to Turn up the sun)
let there be love 9,5/10 (anthem. not a dlbia or live forever but surely one of the greatest of the album)
