To be fair I didn't really read much of your post .. people that type in caps are usually sexually frustrated. Its hard to read and annoying.
Only fans of the band have the patience to sit here and look about and download the new tunes. Anyone else that is interested will wait until May 30th and then download it. I very much doubt Noel will lose any money over it and/or sleep.
If you want to make a big deal about it .. ring up Sony and tell them that they aren't doing their job.

I didn't mean to write in caps I was actually talking on the phone when i was actually takling on the phone at the time and when I noticed I didn't want to retype it all.
You're still missing my point though. Uploading is a problem, you do this either if it goes into a shared folder you have for shareaza, sharescan, dc++ or whatever, or if you do it here on this forum. THEN others who won't buy it can download it - sure the vast majority on here will still buy it - but some won't and some will then upload it to even less genuine fans who definitely won't - that's the problem - that's how leaks get started - what I'm saying is you're part of the problem

The fact that you posted 10 minutes after your original post with a retort for being sexually frustrated proves that you have a menial existance.
Now .. of course uploading is a problem. But its not a problem on par with Facism. Please dont go all 'moral high-ground' and tell me that bands are losing out because of the internet and album 'leaks'. They aren't .. its a proven ground for publicity.
Furthermore, you little wankstain .. I have not uploaded the tracks I have. I just think that people who do are not to be chastised. Who cares! Its only music .. music is made to be heard .. if I was in a band .. I'd rather people just listen to my music .. enuff people will always buy an album .. (if its good) to keep the artist with a nice house .. a nice car .. a lifestyle etc.

"The fact that you posted 10 minutes after your original post with a retort for being sexually frustrated proves that you have a menial existance."
Um, no, it proves at most that I have a short memory and have little intelligence...I read your post at first without being insulted but later on my mind wandered and I thought of that and felt insulted and replied, sorry didn't know I was being timed. Further, you need to learn something about validity. Your claim is invalid. Also, fuck you.
Now you go on to claim that "uploading is a problem. But its not a problem on par with Facism." Right, good point. I forgot that point where I was saying it is. Oooops silly me! Why on earth did I think it was on a par with fascism? This is what is known as a "straw man fallacy" where you make up an argument, attribute it to me, and then "refute" it. congratulations.
You then go from inventing arguments and attributing them to me to making bad arguments "Please dont go all 'moral high-ground' and tell me that bands are losing out because of the internet and album 'leaks'. They aren't .. its a proven ground for publicity. " ACUTALLY , they are. At least, big bands like oasis. The internet is VERY good at generating publicity for small indie bands taht are unhear of - people get to hear about them when they otherwise wouldn't by reading something on a 'blog' for example - downloading them and then maybe seeing them and buying the album when they otherwise wouldn't have - BUT with mainstream bands, like oasis, it's completely different - your individual input makes FAR LESS idfference to their success or failure. People realise this. I don't feel bad about downloading (and then deleting b/c it was crap) U2's latest album...HOWEVER if I couldn't have downloaded it I might have bought it, maybe. For casual fans of mainstream bands they will no longer buy the album - but they will if it's obscure. Your argument is then, at best, partially correct, but nevertheless is off the mark b/c it doesn't apply to oasis, which is mainstream.
"Furthermore, you little wankstain .." god you're a prick. YOU"RE the one who insulted me first. Fucker. " I have not uploaded the tracks I have." I didn't accuse you of that. "I just think that people who do are not to be chastised. " that's where we differ "Who cares! Its only music .. music is made to be heard .. if I was in a band .. I'd rather people just listen to my music .. enuff people will always buy an album .. (if its good) to keep the artist with a nice house .. a nice car .. a lifestyle etc. " REad some Kant, read some basic ethics then get back to me.... that's like saying by the way "who cares if I steal (ok too obvious)...but I think you get the point"
In the future, please, do not insult me when I haven't insulted you, there's no need for it, I only insulted you after being provoced. Please also learn how to only attribute to people things they have acutally said. And if you could learn how to reason while you're at it that'd be nice. thanks
