Even though we're all bonafide Oasis fans, this is most decidedly a bad thing. It's cool to be able to hear the album early, but right now, we're still 6 weeks to release. A leak at this point could be disastrous for album sales. I'm not going to advise anyone not to buy it, since I know you're all going to buy the official release anyway, but do you want to support some asshole thief who is copying an album, profiteering at the expense of our band?

I would be afraid the men in black suits (from sony) would come and kill me in the night after they found out I bought a pirate copy of the album on the net. Couldn't they get the name of the buyers from EBAY once they shut this guy down? Risky business if you ask me.

real or not - this guys gonna make some nice money today...
seems strange to me why a regular ebayer who's been involved in nearly 200 auctions would fake this- why wouldnt he create a new user ID to sell it through instead of risking his established ID?
then theres the genuine-looking promo artwork, the song lengths are there (dunno if these are already widely known?)....
hmm possible its real....
