Im sure everyone knows the details of the b-sides by now but I got a postcard from the mailing list people today. Heres what it said:-
"On 16th May 2005 Oasis return with a brand new single written by Noel Gallagher entitiled 'Lyla'. The track is a true Oasis classic, taken from the hugely anticipated album 'Don't Believe The Truth, which follows two weeks later on 30th May.
The CD and 7" comprise of the title track plus a new song penned by Gem, 'Eyeball Tickler', with the bonus track on the CD being 'Won't Let You Down' written by Liam Gallagher.
'Lyla' will also be available on DVD single, including the demo track (sung by Noel), special downloadable Oasis wallpaper, and exclusive behind the scenes footage showing the band in the studio, discussing their music, group dynamics, and the rough but ultimatley rewarding ride that took them from Cornwall to L.A. "

Sounds mega! Count me in!
I hope the B-sides are good - the band have a great track record of the first single off an album having brilliant B-sides. Eyeball Tickler sounds a bit weird but I'll give it a shot! And here's hoping Liam's track isn't just a knock off of Lennon's Don't Let Me Down.

I wonder if this will be an"Import" in the U.S. b/c they have played this all over U.S. radio AND it was featured on Yahoo (U.S. main page).
Sooooo will this be available in U.S. shops. U.S. usually base singles on 'airplay' and not actual singles.
Hat to have to 'download' the b-sides.
I always buy everything Oasis puts out but if it a rare b-side not to be found in the U.S., I do download.
