Eh, I think you're overstepping it a wee bit . . . All Around The World, Wonderwall, Stand By Me, D'YKWIM, Live Forever (both versions) Supersonic (both versions) were better. I mean, from a marketing standpoint I thought it was pretty good but as a fan it was a bit average . . . I hate to say this but it almost looks like an Aerosmith video. All around the world is a SHIT video, the song and the video make me feel sick!! To me it just typifies the overblown and overproduced sound they had at the time!! AATW video is so OTT!!!! IMO

Lyla is definitely one of their best videos. A bit different too, I think. I like that. Other best videos are D´you know what I mean? (could Liam be any cooler than that?) Acquiesce (great live feeling) and Stop crying your heart out ( simple and beautiful, fits the song very well )

IMO but the whole of be here now was overblown and OTT if they had a very subtle video it wouldnt of gone with the time they were going through at all. Im not talking about the song just judging the video, personaly i dont like the video but the video is a true statement of what it was like to be in oasis at the time.

Haven't seen Lyla yet. It'd be a tall order to top D'You Know What I Mean. That video is unreal. AATW was damn good to. I loved the white suits. Their worst comes from Be Here Now, Don't Go Away is god aweful.

Excellent vid for an excellent song. You can't help but be excited about the upcoming album and tour while watching it. Without a doubt, the coolest looking band there is.
D'You Know what I Mean is my favorite though. Liam looks cocky as hell. I still have the American premiere of that video on tape from 120 Minutes on MTV.

IMO never a truer word spoken! the only oasis album i never play, well maybe once a year. whatever was a great video. anyway, what the fuck is all that shite with the girl in the lyla video??? jumping through garage door portoles and shit? liams looking cool though, every inch the rock n roll star that he is. eat shit and die chris martin, even with a third rate single oasis are still better than you.

I'm dissapointed by the video - the only bit that I like is the beginning and the end where you see 'don't believe the truth'.

The Lyla video is up there for me with Oasis' best videos but it aint gonna get in. The best Oasis video: D'you Know What I Mean? It just very big budget without going OTT or looking tacky and was just perfect for the time as they we REALLY massive around the time of this song. I like the 'cool-ness' of the Supersonic video and have always liked the Champagne Supernova and Don't Look Back In Anger vids but DYKWIM get's in ahead of them. The All Around The World video, imo, was just sooo stupid it was good. Probabley a bit like the Oasis world then...Too much drug taking, too many women and too many people telling them they were the new Beatles. The worst Oasis video goes to....Some Might Say, they didn't even bother. Just changed the Cigarettes and Alcohol vid. Oh yeah i nearly forgot, i couldn't really understand the hype around the Wonderwall video...or the song for thaty matter. *Preparing to get shot down* ;D

Let me first say i am a massive oasis fan. however, aside from a couple vids from definately maybe, and stop crying your heart out and maybe stand by me...they had always had shit videos, and i am fine with that....its about the songs anyway......but i just saw lyla and it might be one of the worst videos they have ever done....it is filled with every cheesy rock video cliche imaginable....for a second i thought that i was watching the quiet riot video for cum on feel the noize, or any other hair metal vid from the eighties...whoever directed the video needs to apologize to each and every oasis fan for making such shit...and whats with the lonely depressed girl stumbling on to some big party/concert ala slither by VR...fucking terrible....having said all that...and really i could give a shit about the video...its only that its going to hurt airplay in north america...i still have not seen on muchmusic in canada..and its a shame because its a kiler song....anyway just wanted to throw my opinion in... i must admit though the boys look fucking cool as shit in that video

Lyla is an average video made better by Liam looking dead fucking cool in it.
The best video they have done has to be D'You Know What I Mean? or The Hindu Times. Both great vids. Wonderwall and DLBIA are rightly remembered as great, also Champagne Supernova. One that hasn't been mentioned yet but is just as fantastic is Cigarettes & Alcohol. Pure passion and energy pour out of that video.
With the Live Forever videos, I always thought the American one (the boys in the big country house, the photos of the dead rock stars, footballers etc all around them) was WAY better than the UK version (Guigsy sta on some steps, the band burying Tony McCarroll in the garden - spookily symbolic that bit).
