Agreed. Should have been Live Forever, Cigarettes and Alcohol, Lyla, Don't Look Back In Anger and an epic Champagne Supernova to close.

They should have done their greatest hit from each album (except SotSoG), or just 5 songs from their #1 singles

yeah, why the meaning of soul? imo, because its short! all the songs listed are 4-5 minutes, and champagne supernova...even with a short solo you're heading to 7minutes. i think its been chosen with length in mind. Plus Oasis are the kind of band who would insist on putting a newer song in there. Lyla isnt a favourite, Let There Be love maybe too slow and long, importance of being idle- theres already a noel song in there. No surprise they went for meaning of soul really

maybe cos it's a liam tune? yeah good point as well. Although i still think Noel calls all the shots ;D plus with it being a live show its liable to over-run. not sure ITV will allow any major delays so i wouldnt even be surprised if that setlist got chopped to 4 songs. i'm really looking forward to it all this year! dont really care who wins but its a good showpiece. Plus no robbie willams this year! yay. there is a God Amy Winehouse and the Killers live. Good shit! hopefully snow patrol and the Chilis wont do their newest singles though..... awful

totally dissapointed... Noel is always bragging about Live Forever being the best tune he ever wrote, and when it comes to play it after receiving a life time achievement award, he doesnt play it?! doesnt make sense to me

MOS is fantastic. it's short, it's loud and Liam can sing it properly. I love that song. Disappointed at having C&A there, it's been plñayed like a Zillion times but I guess it sums up Oasis pretty well and Zak can do it properly. I hope Zak does a better job on DLBIA cos he played it too slow on tour. I would've loved to see CS but it's definitely too long

i'm just going to be happy to see them perform ;D would have liked to see something like champagne or TIOBI instead of MOS, though.

considering they're performing this for the general public, they've made some good choices. MG and C&A imo are their best live songs (just watch the V festival videos on youtube and surely you'll agree). while DLBIA and RNRS are both good as well and very familiar tunes. Let's be thankful they're doing TMOS as well rather than just 4 songs. Liam can sing it moderatly well and at least its one newer song, not to mention written by him.
Besides, has anyone heard Liam sing LF live before? It'd sound a bit of a wreck

liam cant sing some might say... and as stated above LF can be a bit fucked up at times... at least Wonderwall will not be played thank god.
for some reason RnR Star bores the absolute fuck outta me... but Zac does a real good job on that one.
noel cant please all of us i guess... in any event, its gonna be a great time for us.

jeez, judging from how many thread there are about 'my favorite set list' or 'songs that should be on stop the clocks' or 'my own best of' etc etc, is it really that suprising that a favorite song is missing from a 5 song set list!! how about everyone just watches the show and enjoys the band play, rather than whine about why a certain song isn't being played. PS. i can't believe they're not playing Magic Pie.

Morning Glory isn't a good song for Liam live. Otherwise no surprises except MOS. But that's a good one.

I agree that Meaning of Soul was abit of a suprise because it wasn't a single or anything but who cares it's a good tune and they're trying to keep the night upbeat and fast with there choices.
I hate all of this Liam can't sing this bullshit he's been off tour for almost a year I'm sure he'll do fine. Ill remind all of your of how awesome his voice was for the first half of the tour. If Liam can't sing anything why do you care if Oasis is preforming. LF isn't any harder to sing than MG or Rock N Roll Star. I think with will be a all n all great performance.
