read the whole interview in the L4E oasis newsroom www.live4ever.us/newsroom.html What are your feelings on piracy, internet or otherwise?See, I like pirates. That’d be a good occupation, wouldn’t it? I’d like to have been a pirate, if I wasn’t a rock star. Some might say pirates are earlier day rock stars. Of course, on the sea. Fook internet piracy. How boring’s that? I just don’t think I have an opinion on that. We’ll leave that to Lars Ulrich. Make an arse of yourself. Hey, if it’s out there for free and you can find it, then good for you. To be quite honest, between me and you, can I say this off the record? I’ve got enough money. I don’t need any more. Lars Ulrich has got enough money. He don’t need anymore. Keith Richards or Paul McCartney have got more money than sense — look at the way they dress. It’s blatantly evident. We’re well paid, us successful people.

he's the coolest guy ever.
I do like to buy the album, and have the booklet and all that, but there's some bands who's albums don't get to my country and some that only have a couple of cool songs so downloading the tracks is your best option.

Hey keenly
Two guitars, bass, singer drums. How come all the bands out today sound similiar to each other. {Libertines, Strokes, Kings Of Leon}
{Kaiser Chiefs, Franz, Bravery, Louix IV, Killers, Panic At Disco}
{Simple Plan, New Found Glory, Good Charlotte}
Early 90's:
{Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden,Alice In Chains,Candlebox}
What's the dfference of sounding like a few songs/band 25years before than jumping into starting a band for a flavor of the moment.
Oasis reminds me of no other band. They don't sound like the Beatles to me at all and I didn't grow up on late 60's early 70's English rock so a remote guitar riff or whatever means nothing especially when in the U.S. Almost all pop and rap which dominate the charts actually almost always sample an exact sound of another song and place it throughout the song and none of the artists get accused of anything.
Everyone sounds the same.
What's your band I bet I can find someone they sound like.
.....and to that........Kiss Off!
