LIAM Gallagher has been spotted dining in Sandbanks, sparking speculation that a house with a nice harbour vista may be on his Christmas list.

The Oasis frontman, otherwise known as "our kid", was spotted in Cafe Shore recently.

One local estate agent confirmed that a member of staff has seen him in a local caf, although none of them would confirm that he had paid them a visit.

When asked for a comment about the speculation, a press spokesman for Liam Gallagher would only say: "Tread carefully."
