I was just listening to my beatles Hard days night and one of my fave songs "I should have know better" and i suddenly realised why they didn't release songbird in its original form, cos its basically that beatles track. Yeah i know you'll say "so what oasis rip off the beatles welcome to 2005 pisspants ;D" but id though i better make this extremely important info public ;D What the hell am i banging on about hard night yesterday please forgive me doggboy

Yeah i agree the album version is far better for me, that sort of song doesn't sound right with a wall of guitars on it, Like his songs of DBTT i believe liam wrote it with an acoustic sort of love song in mind? But the album version sounds like a demo and the demo vice versa is you get what i mean?

The hamronica part on the demo is a total rip-off of that song, you're right! I think the album version is better as well, though it could have done with an extra chorus at the end to properly round it off.

They were right to use the album version, but the demo is pretty great--especially if you dig the vibe of "I Should've Known Better."
