Yes, Oasis is better than Coldplay, not that there's any need to compare these two. But are you saying Boo Radleys aren't quality? Cos I think they're fuckin great, especially their first two albums!

Coldplay are OK in abackground music sort of way. I have both their albums and will probaly be getting the new one. Wouldn't rush out to see them though as I saw a concert on TV and it looked tedious. Oasis live are something else (well when Liam can be bothered) and what sealed their reputation

the thread title and the above confused me a little. i mean all it may prove is that oasis is maybe bigger. but as has been pointed out - the damned spice girls were waaaay bigger and has nothin to do with quality, and therefore who gives a fuck how big a band is?!

and i dont get this whole 'oasis is better than everyother band' deal. what does it matter?! if soemone likes coldplay more, well good for them. it doesnt change anything for us - cos to us, oasis will still be the same oasis and we'll still love them
