Sad Song WAS on Definitely Maybe (if you get the vinyl version)

Whatever was not a b-side, it was a single released between DM and Morning Glory

Others were probably left off because:
- they didn't fit in with the tracklisting on the album
- they were written after the album had been recorded and so were put on singles instead

To withdraw in disgust is not apathy.
