To make it short and sweet: Noel said that Stop the clocks was on afterburner. They've made 6 or 7 versions of it, but none of them are just right yet. It took Noel a long time to get LTBL right. He wrote Stop the clocks about the time when they were finishing SCYHO. Stop the clocks has been on the way for a long time, and just like LTBL it will only be on record
when they get it right.
