Music Critics universally describe DBTT as 'Revolver meets Definitely Maybe in a glorious celebration of Rock and Roll'

DBTT sells 1m copies in its first week in the UK.

In the US, DBTT opening week sales surpasses HC total sales going in straight to No.1

Right Wing Conservative Preachers in the US declare DBTT as the voice of God himself, ditching tradition hymns to sing 'I Guess God Thinks I'm Able' and closing Mass with 'Let There Be Love'. Christians everywhere across the States flock to purchase a copy sending DBTT dodeca-platinum.

Athiests across the world declare 'The Meaning of Soul' as a secular hymn and a modern day 'Imagine' by Lennon.

The N.American tour goes without a glitch.

Album sales of DBTT in North Korea, Iran and Syria increase exponentially after George W Bush's thinly veiled threats how 'Love Like a Bomb' will be the US military's new anthem.

Meanwhile back in the UK -

A campaign ad by the Conservative Party uses 'The Importance of Being Idle' as a backing song to a party political broadcast mocking Blair.

Tony Blair celebrates his historic re-election by adopting 'Lyla' to play out as he walks through the streets to meet a flag waving crowd.

In Australia, John Howard is forced to declare martial law due to the anarchy and rioting caused by the shortage of copies of DBTT.

The year ends with DBTT enjoying 7 straight months at No.1 in the album charts all over the world.

In an exclusivbe interview with the NME, Chris Martin declares that after hearing the new Oasis album, that X&Y is not up to snuff. The album undergoes massive changes, but coldplay disbands in late july.
