u know aside from the bands that broke up before the 10 year mark ,alot of the legendary bands had rough patches (aerosmith,vh,kinks,ect ect) where there quality of work dipped and they were slagged off as has beens but then they get thaty second wind (usually after 10 years) and they crank out more classics tha cement them as all time greats. now to me OASIS are already all time greats but with the promising liner notes and the buzz thats circulating this could be the lp that launches a new era for the boys the rough patch behind and now the second comin of great music from the best band in the world  .......just a thought |

as thinking that last night actually, like all that you cant leave behind breathed air into U2 after a shocking 7 years, i think maybe , just maybe DBTT could be specal, but i dont want to Jinks it

I hope so, but when you think about it the kinks had about 6 or 7 great albums out before 1974 and oasis only 2 great ones and a lot of great b-sides.(be here now-heathen chenistry are almost great)
Noel is only putting out 5 songs for the last 3 years if you dont include the new bsides.
sorry for being a downer i really hope the album will be a return to past glorys/

the way I think of it is that Oasis unloaded all their junk material into BHN, SOTSOG and HC (evenly spread so they will not have any more crap music to spare for DBTT! hows that for logic! ;D;D;D;D;D;D;D;D;D there is no junk in oasis' albums  |
