hey, with all the "lost" songs ( the ones that were so much talked of, like stop the clocks or the boy with the blues) do you think we'll get a follow up for Don't beleive the truth soon? like in an year ?.... i don't know.. it's just so weird that such "good" tunes didn't make it to the tracklist....

It would be great if they would make next album very soon after DBTT, but I don´t think so because there is gonna be quite long tour now. It´s probably going last to next year..well that´s my guess. And for second, they need to find a new record label and make contract. It can take some time before they get to studio again. And those "lost" songs, we don´t know if those songs are going to be b- sides or would noel like to use them on next album anymore..we´ll see..

i dont know i think there next lp will be a quick folloup, kinda like how in sports the last year of your contract players tend to try harder to get a bigger deal on the next 1.I DONT think OASIS WILL WANT TO BE WITHOUT A LABEL FOR A EXTENDED PERIOD .with the way the tour is sellin out they are hot right now and if the lp rocks (which it will) they will be in demand and will want to give there new label incentive to throw big money there way...just a thought

Hopefully they get better contract than what Sony did.

perhaps that may be true though, and the reason that the first attempts were "scrapped"...lol, highly unlikely, but perhaps they recorded more than one album, and thats why it all took so long to get finished? like I said, I wouldnt put a dollar to bet on that, but who knows these days, Noel seems to be very tricky with this whole thing.

They probably plan to release one soon. It depends if they do a full World tour for this album or hold off I guess.

I actually hope they'll make one while touring like R.E.M. doing the great "New Adventures in Hi-Fi" which is better than this shite "Monster". Or they'll immediately go in the studio and will deliver one fall 2006 or early 2007.
