"The Importance of being Idle" According to recent interview statements given by the chief it's a little bit like the Kinks and Liverpudlian and it's also got the best lyrics on the new album....
what type of song are you looking forward to ?

I hope there a songs like Champgane Supernova, I mean, 7 minutes long, some parts acoustic, other with really amazing solos.... actually I hope there are a lot more guitars on this album then in HC, I mean Gem and Noel are great at it, they should take more advantage of that..

I think that Noel said that Liam will have another Lennonesque ballad as a "Born on a Different Cloud", which is called "Guess God Thinks I'm Able"... I'm looking to listen to this song, really, really, really fucking much. Also "Stop the Clocks" is really something new that I'd like to listen to.

I'm all about Lyla at the moment. The Importance of Being Idle sounds like one of those slow burning, introspective works (I'm judging a book by its cover here). Right now I'm in need of an Oasis rocker.

Can't wait for the new single 'Lyla', the new album, the new b-sides, the tour, the promotion of the album on tv and radio as Noel is hilarious in his interviews sometimes, infact i'm looking forward to EVERYTHING! I got into Oasis just after 'Heathen Chemistry' so this is the first time i am all ready and waiting for an album release, tour etc and it's GREAT! Especially since i found this board8-). I'm lookn' for a kick ass heavy song. Something I can bang my head to something on the lines of WTSMG, a nice song to bounce to.

Listen to The Meaning Of The Soul, it will blow you away! I've listened to it and i dig it. But what i'm really expecting from Lyla is a pogo song along the lines of The Hindu Times or Some Might Say. I need one of those.
