Yeah i see what your saying and i think i agree..... Death can be the best thing that happens to some people's career......look at cobain u know jay your right ..i loved "nevermind" but thought" in utero" had some good tunes but was just a good lp not the work of a genius...but when i start telling people my opinion they say im nuts and cobain was like lennon , had he lived he in my opinion would be suffering the same fate as NOEL by critics in as such that ok this lp is ok or good but its no NEVERMIND,,but he died and never had the chance to write some tunes that critics and fans didnt love....much the way marylin monroe is the all time sex bomb here in the states we never saw her with a wrinkle unlike the rest that lived past 36 so she captured the imagination ...it might be good for your legend to die young but i wanna avoid the dirt nap for a very long long time if you know wat i mean

Why would you want Liam to die?
How can being dead help your career? You die and it's over. You won't fucking benefit from any money if your dead.
Who the fuck comes on an Oasis fan forum and talks about wanting Liam to die... no offence mate but it's pretty vulgar to talk about anyone dying let alone somebody who clearly so many people are fans of.

To answer your question:
Liam Gallagher has already secured his place among the greatest frontmen. Whether he dies young or old, or somewhere in between, his ability and accomplishments are frozen in time.

Wasn't this exact same question brought up here in a Nirvana thread not too long ago? Nobody had a problem with it then.
He's not saying he wants Liam to die. It's common knowledge that rock stars and well known people like them tend to have bigger legacies when they die young.
