what a great day, i love it. Probably will venture out after lunch but my regular plans are dashed. The only thing i mind is the below-average temperatures - temp has been stuck around -20 for days now. hmmm i bet that earthquake had something to do with this... and it's still coming down really heavily and probably won't stop until tomorrow or monday. now where is my cd player...

Hey Mape- Isn't this a regular occurance in Canada?? You temps are the worst though. brrrrr. I still need to get some more food and drink. Luckily the bars usually manage to be open so it becomes a blizzard bar crawl. If you can get out your front door. May make a trip to the video store as well..catch up on some flicks i missed in the movie theater. 20 inches...can make many snowmen! ;D

i guess you don't remember the 1995-96 and 2000-01 blizzards The 96 blizzard was the best. i actually got stranded in Delaware, but was with my boyfriend so it was ok. ;D It is starting to come down pretty hard here...i can't wait to trek out later when it is really bad!! I love snow. Just a shame it didn't happen during the work week.

last year in eastern canada(nova scotia) we got hit with over 2 meters of snow in one night! It was awesome... university was closed for an entire week. There was so much snow that me and my friends were able to climb onto the roof of a school near us and jump into the snow from 2 stories up! It was a blast. We're supposed to get hit by this storm as well, cant say im looking forward to it as much as last year's though. University was already closed 1 and a half days last week from snow. Learning stuff will be good for not failing classes.
