I think that liam is riding his brother's coat tails. I think noel is brilliant, but liam is definately not anymore. My boyfriend is a huge fan, but after listening to a recording from the glastonbury festival, his voice is shot.

errrrrrm i was at the saturday finsbury and like all else have te glasto boots and how can you say his voice was worse at glasto in any way? Grantd is wasn't top but it was about as good if not a little better on the slower tunes....granted it wasn't in the middleof a world tour but i though finsbury was poor.

Glastonbury would have been alright is he wasn't pissed. Listen to Champagne Supernova.... it kinda showed us just how much he drank. I'm not a big fan of Liam live but some of his stuff is great live

He's got a great rock 'n roll voice. He just can't get very high.

On radio aid today he sang songbird acoustic and it sounded very good indeed, I think his voice is perfect for the style of music he does(The death in vegas boy's said they could'nt believe how powerful his voice is). I think the same applies for carl and pete from the libertines, both have very average voices but at the same time compliment there music brilliantly. Don't worry old boy and his voice ain't going knowhere. Long live the "New King" ;D cheers doggboy10

the great thing about liam in the past was that his voice live was exactly the same if not better than the album voice. i think after glasto hes gone and got voacal training. cos he needs after that. he really had problems with the high notes.

Liam's madness makes up for Noel's annoying modesty these days. I long for the day when Noel looks into a camera and declares Oasis "BEST BAND IN THE FUCKING WORLD." I'm not holding my breath....
Liam's voice is damaged and he's also older. I doubt he'll ever hit those high notes again. At least his gravely rock n' roll voice is the most vicious yet attractive in music today. Lovely choir-boy voices don't project the "sex, drugs, rock n' roll" vibe I'm looking for in bands (e.g. Fran Healy, Chris Martin, Usher). He also possesses the spirit and attitude Oasis used to have as a band -- he's carrying the flag as far as I'm concerned.
