Don't see why it wouldn't be.
Nobody talks about it because everything we know about it is just old news.

that's what i wanna know too... It should be. I want it to be - it's 7 minutes epic as Noel describe it... It should be listened only when one's fucking high...

I remember hearing around the time Noel did the acoustic performance with Ian Brown on Jo Wiley's show that Noel played the working demos for Jo, and there was a track called called 'Lay Love Down' (or something like that), and according to Jo it was the stand out track, one of the best things he's ever written etc..... Seeing how 'Stop the Clocks' had the lyric 'Lay your love down' (atleast, that would be according to all the lyrics of the song that appeared after his lil performance in that Liverpool pub), I thought that perhaps he had changed the name or perhaps Jo was fuckin retarded and gave the song a shit name after hearing the chorus (Stop the Clocks is a fucking brilliant song title). Anyways, i too hope they include this track, as from what we've been hearing, it appears to be a brilliant piece of songwriting.

Yeah for all the hype its been receiving (I think i've been hearing abotu that song ever since Dec 2003) it should be on the album. I'm just scared that when it does come out there will be a slight letdown because everyone's expectations will be so high.

The hype might be a better reason to keep it off the album and just sneak it in as a b side to be sure it's not a letdown and let it be a big live staple like TMP was. Then again after Noel himself praised it, it's probably best to keep it on there.
