A radio station in Vancouver "The Fox" just played that new greenday song "I walk alone" or something....but in place of the greenday lyrics they played the vocal track of wonderwall for the verse and it matched up perfectly...what do u guys think?

I have always thought that their other big single "time of you life" also ripped off the chords from Wonderwall

well there are lot of songs with the chords as wonderwall, I think the rithim is what really matters.... but in Boulevard of Broken Dreams, it's amazing how Wonderwall's timing fit in it!!

lighten up and remember - "Imitation is the best form of flattery" lol i agree. anyway, as someone else mentioned, oasis are imfamous for ripping off tunes from other bands, so we cant really call greenday vaginas without being hypocritical. and if we do, then smart vaginas, for being clever enough to steal from the best =P and the mock liam poses are funny!

ive heard the tune a few times now and apart from the accoustic guitar it doesent remind me of wonderwall..its a bit like how cigs and alcohol takes the T REX riff and then goes into its own tune u can see the influence but who gives a fuck there are only so many chords to play so alot of tunes are gonna sound alike,,WONDERWALL pisses on boulevard as a tune so screw greenday,,they cant nick tunes and make them there own classics like THE CHIEF

Oasis ripping of the beatles!
As much as a fan of oasis as i am you hav to remeber there is two sides of them Oasis and the bealtes. Greenday in this case is.
