We all know what Oasis are. Rock N Roll right? So what sort of direction do you hope the new albums gonna take?
Personally, I hope it goes into a more of an RnB style. And before you all tell me to fuck off! I mean proper RnB like the Rolling Stones. You know, get a few bluesy style tunes in there. Coz the Stones are a big influence on Oasis. Something thats sort of down but up, if you now what I mean? A few cool licks and riffs off Noel and Gem, cool bass lines off Andy and Liams voice would suit a bit of proper RnB. What do you think?

a mix between BHN and MG. I love the solo on these. Where the fuck are the guitarsolos on HC?
I prefer an album like the masterplan, cuz its a great mix between realy slo soft songs like half the world away, talk tonight, masterplan, and the proper rnr songs like acqwuiesce, fade away, stay young and headshrinker.

whatever direction they decide to go, I'm placing bets that its gonna sound like ....... Oasis!
it's gonna be a great album, with a new bunch of great songs, that are gonna sound great in front of 80,000 people, and sound great doing 80 down the highway, and sound great getting drunk to, and, really, Oasis make the songs that are the soundtrack of at least my life, and I'm sure the same goes for lots of us here... anyways, it is now 'bout 3 in the afternoon, and I hear the lager calling me from the fridge... see ya!

it's very hard to say... i adore definitely maybe!!! but i love the songs from HC a lot. i would say i would like a mix of all the albums  |

We need some different sounding stuff from the boys. All while being classic Oasis at the same time.

Since this will be the last Oasis album, I hope they do something totally new. I want to hear a more bluesy feel, mixed with big drum beats. I think their should be some good soloing on it because it will be the last chance for Noel to do something big that will be heard in North America. They've already done WTS and BHN sounds, I don't want to hear it again, it would disappoint listeners, and critics.
Oasis can be a band like The Who or Rolling Stones who change with each album, or they can be a sound of the 90s.

Yes trully they are embarking on their end of career as a group, but do we have to dismiss them when they still have energy to make music and get attention on themselves. I think that after this(these) new album(s) (I still hope they'll release two back-to-back albums next year), they can make another for 2007 or something...

I hope something new and something old, you know? songs like the DM ones or WTS ones but I want to hear oasis making something really new, something that people say "that's oasis???", and I hope it to be the best album ever...a bit hard...

i want it to be in oasis style, i don't want them to change, as to r'n'b style (i like r'n'b but i doubt if it'd would be style for them), proper rock'n'roll with a bit noise, a bit soft ballads and that british climate (or maybe i'm the only one who find that in their songs) and i hope ppl will still (i mean not fans) accept that, and it's gonna be a hit! |

oasis contract ends in the 6th abum; they can still continue or with a new company or contract or produce it themselves... but i really, really hope theres a 7th...  |
