"I've never wanted to be in the papers for my private life. I love Liam Gallagher to death, but he knows how to sell records: if he's got a new record out, he causes a ruckus in a bar, next thing, loads of records sold.

actually i think liam would probably just go out more around the release of an album, to celebrate and "so forth". And when your off your nut all the time things happen to everyone, never mind a mad manc.

I don´t agree with Cable. Liam is always in fights, at least once per month we can see a news about L. Gallagher punching someone. The only difference is that when the release date of an album is closer, the tabloids give more importance to the news, it´s all about that

yeh, in between albums he will get more press anyway, and who would buy his CD cos he punches a photographer once a month, you buy a CD cos you like the music, well ido anyway and so does everyone else i no...

Don't agree with what Cable said there (apart from loving Liam to death ) Liam doesn't get in fights to sell more records...and if he did do something to sell/promote their music i'm sure getting into fights wouldn't be the chosen/best option
