Chris Cester , drummer /vocalist for Aussie band Jet sat down with CNN's music segment 'Sound Check' to talk about the band's enormous success in the US. When asked if he and brother Vic, guitar/vocalist like being compared to famous feuding brother frontmen such as Chris and Rich Robinson of the Black Crows and Liam and Noel of Oasis, Chris laughed and replied: " They're not really feuding. Liam knows exactly what he's doing.....He walks over to a photographer and punches him in the head so the next day he's on the covers of the tabloid magazines...."

Umm... Jet are actually big fans of Oasis from interviews I've read, and I think it woulda been said tongue in cheek.

I'm as big of an Oasis fan as anyone else... But you can make "Jet are Oasis Wannabe comparisons" just as you could have with Oasis and the Beatles in the early days...
