Which is your favourite Oasis song of all time? It's so difficult I don't think I can answer but I just wondered if anyone has a strong preference over all the other songs.

well if you are looking at it fromt he point of view of rocking tunes, i would have to say supersonic, dyou know what i mean?, or morning glory mellow rockers would be champagne supernova or gas panic! and acoustics would be the masterplan or half the world away all those songs are among oasis' top but you can't just pick one

Well for me it has to be Supersonic not because I think its the best song Noel has written or anthing, just coz when I heard it swaggering outa my radio in early 94, I just thought 'this is it, the band I've been waiting for has just arrived', I was only 14 at the time and was just getting into music really.

there are so many. the hairs still stand on the back of my neck when i hear liam roar the words 'live forever', a mellowness comes out when i hear champagne supernova and a rock n roll spark forms when i hear cigarettes and alchohol. its too hard to pick..

Live Forever, Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Wonderwall, Champagne Supernova. And Columbia Out of those I'd have to say Live Foreve is my favorite Oasis tune.

There are times when it changes a bit, but Cigarettes and Alcohol has maintained a high up placement in my favourite songs so that would be the one I would go for.

Gotta be Live Forever.
Although Some Might Say, Don't Look Back in Anger, Champagne Supernova and a few more come close, Live Forever beats them all hands down! Especially the live versions of this song!

Wonderwall has always been my favorite, but Cast No Shadow and Stop Crying Your Heart Out are not far behind in my book.

I hope all this hype is worth it. Most of the hype has just come from people who haven't heard the song. Noel may have been exaggerating a bit, and now everyone has taken it way out of proportion, and setting everyone else up for a dissapointment.

supersonic.
the british answer to teenspirit!
raw undiluted rock n roll at its finest.
best two songs of that decade.
what were the best two songs of the eighties then? could that shite era for music beat those two classics?
i doubt it very much.
