While i like whitey well enough to me its not such a big thing. Just like the stones have seen band changes ,brian jones(death),mick taylor(quit),bill wyman(retired) they never replaced him by the way, the bottom line is the Stones will always be the Stones because of MICK AND KEITH IF either dies or quits the Stones roll no more. Same for OASIS I LIKE GUIGS BONEHEAD WHITEY but to me they are all replaceable OASIS will always be as long as NOEL AND LIAM WORK TOGETHER ,,THEY ARE OASIS They write the lyrics sing the tunes and are the heart and soul so until either walks away OASIS WILL MOVE FORWARD

of course, mate...oasis will end when the gallaghers drop out of it. they can bring in all the drummers and bassists and guitarists...oasis is and always will be liam and noel. whitey is the best, and i'll miss him loads, but yeah, oasis will definitely go on...all this new news is interesting, though.
