The song, I hope I think I know?
All I ever hear about this it 'it's too poppy' or it's one of the worst tracks on Be Here Now etc.
But I couldn't disagree more, it's got excellent lyrics, Liam sings it brilliantly (as he did all the songs on BHN) and the guitairs sound pretty good aswell!
Anyone got any opinions of this track?

i think its shite. best tracks of BHN in my opinon is either 'girl in the dirty shirt' , 'fade in out', 'dont go away' and 'be here now'.
magic pie starts of nicely, but then goes a bit funny.

To be honest I actually do like every song on Be Here Now. Of course most of them are overproduced, and there is no way Magic Pie or It's gettin better man should be more than 5 mins long!
But it's still a class album!

I've never like Magic Pie or My Big Mouth that much.
They should start playing Be Here Now live again, it's an amazing song

I think BHN is a good album to get pissed/high to.
You've got to think of the state of the Oasis mind during that time. Booze, Drugs, Money, Birds, Rock N Roll....Of course they were gonna make an album like that, theres no denying it. Its just displaying their life of rock n roll stars to the maximum. Noel was reported to have been on a £4000 a week drug habit. God only knows what Laim was spending!!! They was living the life and they didn't care at all.
If you listen to be here now properly, you just feel as though you want to be part of it.
So basically what i think, BHN is 'THE' rock n roll album.

I love and always have loved I Hope, I Think, I Know. It blew me away when i first heard, and I still thinks it one of the three or four best songs on Be Here Now.

*raises hand*. I too, like I hope i think i know. Its nothing too special, but then again i can't find anything wrong with it- its oasis by numbers i think. Fade in-out and its gettin better man are my faves, although the fade in out intro is prehaps a tad on the long side lol

i was really pleased when they played DYNWIM live on their HC tour. its a mega live song. really powerful, it just blows you away!

I love that song! really do!
I love that album.. My big mouth is great and I hope I think I know .. yeah they may be drugged but the lyrics, I think, are fantastic... but then again maybe I feel that way because I was on drugs for a long time as well...
dont go away is a beautifull song and all around the world made me buy the album. .. it was my first. the others soon followed.
still think champagne supernova is the best song ever
