me, i like them because they can take one song and do loads of versions live when called upon.
i like the way noel can rescue liam when he fucks up with the "losing the voice" shit.
i love the way noel steals from the greats and comes up with his own style, t-rex, sex pistols, etc...
i love liam for being a total wanker who is the best british frontman since johnny rotten!
i love them because they were our answer to nirvana!
i love the fact that they pulled out of the nosedive from two years ago, went on the road last year and just played great rock n roll when they should have just split up!
they have the same fire that the clash had! sod the mod shit.

i completely understand but see: if it's not for the songs man than you tell me. its the songs man, the vocals.. to the bottom line, the notes, the feeling that's conveyed.. anything wouldnt work w/out the tracks, know what i mean. you just let it go, like "ye might as well do the white line" "i get up when i'm down" - life is great, life can be arse  |

You just get so sick of the same old shit people listen to these days, it's all about the same thing, thats why I like Oasis, they're different. I like to be able to listen to music that sends shivers and alot don't do it for me, Oasis to me is on a totally different level and I like that. Might seem like a crap reason but ya know i like em for that reason and well yeah good stuff!!

i like Oasis because they're great...love their music, whorship Noel, and becuase it doesn't matter how crappy i might feel, whenever i listen to
"Acquiesce", "Supersonic", "Stand By Me", "Morning Glory", "Who Feels Love?", things get just a little bit better...and no other band can do that to me.
