well let me be the first to disagree about talk tonight ;D i love it! sorry man  i'll nominate Dyou know what i mean and gas panic for most over rated songs. i know they'll be unpopular choices too! i like both songs a lot - but i know some fans see those songs as 2 of the bands finest. and i don't get that |

Most overated. I would say Wonderwall as IMO they've done much better that hasn't gained as much press. But you can't overrate a song as good as that, pure class.
Probably most overrated would be...erm...none of the highly rated ones spring to mind, although people claiming Gas Panic is as good as stuff like All Round the World, Champagne Supernova, DLBIA, Live Forever etc... is OTT in my book...I like Talk Tonight though...(although it's my least favourite of the awesome opening 5 songs on the Masterplan)

hmmm...
yeah true. i thought songbird sounded more like a b-side. the fuss was probably just over the fact that liam wrote it.
I'm not a big fan of Masterplan either. just liked it when i heard it years ago but it doesn't sound cool anymore.
gas panic has some catchy lines and some funky instrumentals so its alright.

little by little is the very overrated for me. its to samey, i like oasis songs with a bit of edge to them. songs like better man,headshrinker,columbia,dywim. real up-beat feel good songs.
i cant understand how you cant like songbird.. its a beautiful song.

champagne supernova is a classic, its such an anthem! you just sit and listen to it and get blown away by it! its a beautiful song!

dont get me wrong, i think Ss is okay, but i can't stand when people are like: supersonic's an alltime rocker, THT is shite coz its too simple an that. and whats Ss then??? any fucker can play the chords with the tongue, THT just needed a good solo part

I think Supersonic is arguably their best song, it totally blows me away. The Hindu Times is pretty cool, but its really not all that impressive. I've actually noticed you can sing the verses of Be Here Now over its verses and the two are perfectly in tune with each other.
As for the most overrated song, I'd have to go with Half the World Away. It's a good song, but in their Q magazine tenth anniversary special edition, it's listed as their 5th best, and I think that's pretty ridiculous.

hmm, cant believe that the groundshaking classic "supersonic" is in here??
pure seedy rock in roll in its finest form since the first stranglers album.
hindu live sends a tingle up the spine every time, what an intro!!
all around the world is crap as is most of the coke induced album. "know what i mean" was the way the album should have went but didnt.
me, i fucking loathe "roll with it"
it is so lazy and half arsed.
after that, it would have to be "who feels love"
i hate that sitar shit, always have. it sounded shit when the beatles did it too!
can i also add that i think justin's new single is a major let down and really annoys me.
get the finger out pal, you can do better ;D
and starsailor, that "daddy drinks a lot" song.
what can i say to that. erm...radiohead have a lot to answer for, dont they!
music makes me happy, it gives me pleasure, thats why i like oasis.
