...and why?
well, for me it's Noel. Cool guy. Wrote great songs... He seems not as arrogant as Liam, but, we don't know them... Maybe they are real arses (Liam is one!!), maybe they are very nice family guys - we don't know!
Let's solve their mysteries ;D

i think Noel is the best i think he is oasis, he write's the song's and they sound mega when it's just Noel and his acoutisc, he's the best.. i like Liams hair and the what he act's!

They are rock solid and have got the look

Oasis wouldn't be Oasis without Liam. He has the attitude for a lead singer. If Liam QUIT Oasis tomorrow it just wouldn't be the same. Noel has the talent. He has written the best songs ever. Gem is a very good guitarist and i can't wait for his stuff (if any) on the next album. Andy is one hell of a bassist ( I think) not just saying that becasue Noel has said it either. Alan has got much better throughout the years at drumming. The best drummer Oasis have had. All the members seem to gell together to make the best Rock 'N' Roll band ever !!! hehehe  ;D |

personally i think noel but they both need each other for the band to remain oasis. you cant say noel is oasis cause without liam its not and the same vice versa.

thats such a loaded question,, its like asking whos better john or paul....and just like the fab 4 without either one the band would not be.I love LIAM but WITHOUT NOELS tunes we never would have heard of him and without OUR KIDS voice NOEL probably wouldnt be where he is cause LIAM gave those tunes the arrogance that made them great.
in the end i'd say they are inseperable so i cant choose

I'd say either Noel or Gem.
Gem is a kick arse guitarist and singer/songwriter, i love Heavy Stereo and i wish Oasis would play a few songs by them.
Noel has to be my favourite member, i'm in a new band now and i'm the Noel of the group. If i make a guitar solo up it is spontaneous, i can't sit down and work one out, it just comes to me most of the time.
Noel is great and if Oasis split up (ever) i want to see a Noel solo album
