ya I get it every couple of days too, really annoying, have to close and open IE to get back! I run ad-aware and it doesn't seem to help! I figured I was the only one getting this crap, but it happened on both computers at my house.

I figured I was the only one getting this crap, but it happened on both computers at my house. guys do me a favor and let me know which board it happens on or if it happens on the homepage too, thanks for your help , I obviously don't use popups or adware on here so I would love to find the source and get rid of it

it sems to happen right after going to www.live4ever.com and ten clicking on the forums box, then the mainpage of the frums show for like 2 seconds before it happens, it takes the curent window and shrinks it down to pop up size, then if you hit the close button it automatically open up a new window and goes to the ad site about clearing your internet history etc...

Next time you land on that page hit your control Key and your R Key at the same time so that you clear your cache from any possible old version. thanks

i get it a lot going into the tech board, basically the webpage jumps to an advertisement for repairing your PC. Not sure if its the one above though....

Not sure if its the one above though.... that's so strange since the banners at the bottom of the page are not using contextual code (that's when the ad knows what the page's text is displaying and finds a similar ad to display) I hope it's not proboards who implemented something like that. I have yet to see such a pop up though.....
