Thanks that worked great, just what I wanted, now do you know an easy way if there is one to remaster that extracted audio into 5.1 surround sound, I know nero does it but I don't know the first thing about audio remastering to be honest Thanks

really you can do that with any video editing program, even Windows Movie Maker - you just need to watch the video and make sure it corresponds to the audio. If you have more professional programs such as the three As (Avid, Adobe, Apple) then obviously it would be easier using them as the ability to move the video just a few frames is much simpler. I cannot remember if Windows movie maker had that ability. Also check out PowerDirector, if i remember rightly, was a great editor, or even Edit Studio 2 - which was free a couple of years ago on the net, and was able to do just that.

Thanks
I did it with nero movie maker as you can advance frame by frame, but the audio gradually got ahead of the video as it started out in sync and then lost it, what software do you use to either slow or speed up the video or audio?

i would try a different editing program first, just to see if its able to produce better results. if not then i would prob use nero and mark the first time that it appears out of sync, then go to the video of a non descriptive part, and slow it down until the audio after it appears in sync.
