I;m a little confused, you wiped your C drive so ya it should be clean. Are you upset about your Ipod being empty now too? because ya when you first hook your Ipod up to a computer other than the one you have always used (and yours would be new since it was wiped clean and re-installed itunes) it asks you someting along the lines of "do you want to attach ipod to this computer/clear the ipod and use music off it" or something like that. If you hit yes to that question I think you are in trouble dude!
There are some ipod utilities that allow you to extract music off your ipod back onto your computer by turning on the file storage ability of it, but if you turn on your ipod and nothing comes up I am pretty sure you have lost it all. Really sorry man, you might wana try to ipod techie forums maybe someone there can help. Other than that if you need oasis rare material email me for a trade!

if it's any help you can download a program called "iPod access" from www.findleydesigns.com. It extracts all your music from your ipod back into your i-tunes library, I got it a while ago, really helped me out when I wiped out most of my music by mistake!. hope it helps
