This was already converted to DVD format (a vob file etc) wasn't it?
If so, all you should have is a DVD disc with a VIDEO_TS and an AUDIO_TS folder on this disc (do NOT put those two folders within another folder called OASIS BRITS etc). It should play when you pop it in your DVD player.
However, if you downloaded the show as separate AVI files then you have a choice:
1) Get a modern DVD player that will play AVI files directly off a DVD disc.
OR
2) Convert the AVI files to DVD format before burning. You need to open the AVI files in something like NEROVISION and export/convert them to DVD format.
Let us know how you go, and maybe experiment using a DVD rewritable disc until you get it right, otherwise you'll end up with a pile of drink coasters (useless, as it's well known Oasis fans don't drink).

I'm a bit confused. You have a VIDEO_TS folder with files in it AND also some other files that were not inside that VIDEO_TS folder?
Just burn that VIDEO_TS folder (it should have various files inside including a .vob file) directly to a blank DVD disc. If there's an AUDIO_TS folder burn that too although that should be empty.
Don't put anything else on the disc you burn. Don't leave the VIDEO_TS folder inside any other folders when you burn it to that disc.
If there's any other files you downloaded that were NOT directly inside the VIDEO_TS folder then do not burn them to the blank DVD. They're probably artwork or some accompanying bonus AVIs. Give us a list of all the filenames and types and I can probably indentify them for you.
Good luck!

That should be all you need - I can't help you any more if what I suggested isn't working. Sorry.
Good luck.
