I can't drag and drop files nor desktop icons. I can't copy and paste them either
and I can't activate the windows firewall

I scanned the system with adaware, it found nothing
I scanned it with avg and it found a threat (Java/Byte Verify) which was moved to the virus vault but the problems are not solved

any ideas? please...
