dude go with youtube, there server performance is so much better than the little guys offering free video unless your ok with the video being unavailable half the time.

get a free blog at blogger.com and then embed the video from youtube.com. It will be your own page and people will not have to visit youtube to watch it,all free for you. let me know if you need help...
