In June i will be getting a new Dell Laptop

how can I go about transfering all my itunes songs from this old computer to the new one?

(would like to do so without using CDs, cos that would mean ALOT OF CDS and would take a long time....)

You could navigate to Documents and Settings, My Documents, My Music, Itunes, Itunes Music and copy onto a DVD or flash drive. You may have to do it a few folders at a time if it's too big though-
Your'e right it could take a lot of CD's flash drives but I found it quicker than trying to get the direct transfer method to work.
