I have seen various ways of setting up my router, ie. portforward.com but my d/l are so slow. Can anyone give me some advice???

Its quite easy to do as well.

1. Set your UPLOAD speed to MAX. The more you upload the more you download...or
2. Download BitComet. It's much much better.

Limit your upload to about 15kb/s. I find utorrent much better than bitcomet.
