Tools -> Options -> Performance -> Video Acceleration: From 100% to None (NOTE: You won't be able to use Full Screen now! At least I couldn't) -> Paint (PSP, Photoshop) -> Paste (CTRL+V or something up above) -> Cut the image out -> New... -> Paste again.
