ive always used paypal, and i went to use it yesterday and it said that it has to charge me a quid then i have to wait until my next statement for a code? wtf, i need to use paypal and ebay asap for coldplay tickets and its really annoyin me this caper

nah its real, u used to have to do it when you signed up years ago, but they changed it, and when u pass some limit u are charged £1 then u get it back, but i have to wait ages until my statement comes in with the new code , pain in arse
