well i use binaries from the newsgroups all the time - my isp provide me with about 40,000 and i d/l from them all the time - much qiucker than any p2p system - couldnt care less whether its legal or not.

Looks like its another P2P program like Limewire or Kazaa. Read the review in the above link and the user comments though. Looks a little dodgey.
