I'm not the best with PC's and was just wondering do I need to download a program to play AVI videos as i can't seem to play them.
Hope you can help me out.

do you know if the file is a div x encoded avi? if so d/load div x codec (simple google search= www.divx.com/divx/ )  what errors do you get when it dont play? $te |

It's OK mate don't worry about it, i uninstalled it and they work fine now. I might try the VLC media player that Dilly boy mentioned. |

whats your cpu and your memory cache like? you may need to install further codecs or rather filters to have the other videos being played in sync or n'sync respectively (sorry i couldnt resist)..ermm could be that WMP is trying to play every other file with avi filter..
