I have taken some snapshots of some dvd's using PowerCinema and wanted to put them up as my sig and avatar, but, I either can't u/l them or when I do u/l them I only get a little box with a red x in it.

Anybody got any answers or advice.

When I do that the picture will u/l but will not display on my sig.
