any time i touch electronics they turn to shit. No actually- i am not sure. Gonna wait to hear back from tech guys. Or i will just mail back . It was working great.  me too...i have a 30 gig ipod...couldn't even figure that out...ipods are supposed to be for the tech dumb...i was upset...it'll work out just fine...i love my ipod, hopefully your mp3 player fixes itself! |

they also use the new napster-to-go service where you pay $15 a month (US) and you download as much music as you like and put it onto your player. however, their interface isnt as good as the ipod. i remember reading that the songs expire if you decide to cancel the service. so it's 15 dollars a month, or else it's all for nothing. this was in the new york times or ny post a while ago. |

My friend had a Zen that died when he first bought it. Call the company.
iPods have the best inerface and work SOOO well with iTunes. They cost slightly more, but I love em

They cost slightly more, but I love em yeah I did call and got an RMA from where I got it from. Shipped it back this week. Gonna get a new one and hope for the best. I do like its FM tuner ability and it was easy to use. Fingers crossed. |

They cost slightly more, but I love em yeah I did call and got an RMA from where I got it from. Shipped it back this week. Gonna get a new one and hope for the best. I am waiting for the retailer to send it back to me so i can then send back to manufacturer since they wouldn't replace it because I threw out the box. The fuking box is the only thing i didnt save... Never shop at Newegg.com!! I hate them. On a positive note...I got a new laptop and I am happy. ;D |
