Tezzy's formula for non stressful image implementation:

Find the pic you want online

Right click it, and go to properties

Then a box will come up

Look for the url of the picture

copy that url (highlight it all and right click>>copy)



If you want it as your avatar:


Go to your profile on the board and click modify

Go to where the space for the url is for your avatar

input the url you highlighted (right click and paste)

click done and you're finished)



If you want it as your signature:


Repeat step one from last section (profile bit)

Go to the bit about your signature (box where you write things for signature) and use the following
Code:url of picture[/img]





click done and you're finished




If you want to use a pic which is on your computer's harddrive follow these instructions to host it for free:

Go to the image upload form on the bottom right of our forums main page, that way you dont even have to leave the forum to upload your images. If you prefer visit www.imageshack.us

Click on the browse button

Choose your picture you want as your avatar/signiture

Then click ok

then click on host it (wait for it to upload

another screen will appear with different links

you will want the 'Direct link to image' url

then repeat the avatar or signiture steps above, for what you want the pic to be used as.




If you're using firefox mozilla just repeat these steps but to get the image properties just right click the picture and go to copy image location.
