You're 35? What's your secret? Moisturise, exercise, intermittant fasting and regular sex. I dont drink alcohol either, but I do smoke cigs (and other stuff). |

I went to full body checkup, they didn't believe me I am smoker and didn't even say that I should stop :-) I went to dentist today, maybe even hoping that there will be something wrong with my teeth or gums - nothing again :-) Now I am looking at your photo, man, it's really hard to find motivation to quit smoking :-) |

I cant even remember the last time I went to the doctors. I only get regular check ups at the sexual health clinic. The one thing I would advise is to start taking vitamin D3. Most illnesses are related to low levels. |

Definitely.
I take 1000iu a day of a Vitamin D3 supplement after breakfast. (Have for a few years now)
Really picks you up, makes you sleep better, good for your skin etc. A lot of benefits.
