WE never had Liam Gallagher down as an R&B fan but he certainly took a shine to sexy singer Amerie, 25, when they met at Top Of The Pops. And the feeling was mutual.
A source tells us: "Liam told Amerie he's a big fan and that he watches the video for her recent hit 1 Thing on MTV all the time.
"And Amerie was going on all night about how she'd met a legend. She was very impressed and he was charming."
