Ok, all this commotion about an Oasis show at the Kool Haus for June 15th, and clearly as you could tell from my promise about getting my fellow forum members shitfaced at the Toronto show, I was looking forward to it. I just recieved this email from my local Molson Rep. for the Etobicoke region:

Hi Asif,

No bother at all. Unfortunately, at this time I have heard nothing in regards to Oasis playing at the Kool Haus this summer. I did hear that there would be some great bands playing their this summer but nothing on
Oasis as of yet. It would be my best bet that if a band of that caliber (Oasis) was going to play at the Kool Haus it probably would be kept under wraps pretty tight until that very week or else you can imagine how much
commotion such rumors can stir.

If you hear anything else coming from this rumor please let me know and I will do likewise.

So, as you can tell, this is quite the shit deal, especially since theres a certain someone at this forum who claims to have 6 passes. If people think this is my excuse to renege on my promise of alcohol for the 17th of June, i still have no qualms in buying my fellow lads an ale, just not to the exuberant expense of getting shitface out of ones mind.
It sucks, but hey, I'm comforted by the fact that i get to see the best fuckin band in the world perform on June 17th, and fully and completely intend to still fuckin have it on that night.
