Cleveland's Rock Station 100.7 WMMS asks (and you know who were asking) "DO YOU WANNA BE OUR GIRLS?!" The Buzzards's will find out September 30th as Cleveland's Rock Station 100.7 WMMS presents JET with very, very special guest OASIS and Kasabian Friday September 30th at the Summer and fall home of the Buzzard, BLOSSOM MUSIC CENTER!
It's the Coors Light Live Concert Series, and 'MMS will rock ya' that night big time!
TICKETS ARE ON SALE SATURDAY (4/16) at NOON and listen to WMMS Mornings through FRiday for your shot at a ticket countdown Rows 15 - 1!
Seriously, why don't you give the show the billing it deserves. Jet is a quality band (IMHO), but Oasis is headlining the tour. Having the show billed as anything less is just insulting...
So, here's the email I sent them just now:

Subject: Who's headlining???
Hey WMMS,
Thanks for getting out the word on the Oasis/Jet/Kasabian show at
Blossom this Sept. I'm stoked. I have to say though, I think the info
on your website is a little misleading -- there's no way Oasis is
Jet's "very, very special guest." Jet's a quality band, and definitley
more the type of rock you guys regularly play, but we all know who's
headlining the show. Come on, give Oasis the respect they deserve --
they've been slagged off in the US for so long now, but listen: all
the early reviews are in, and the album that's out next month is their
best in nearly a decade, they're selling out huge shows in NYC, LA,
and all points in between, and they're still worldwide rock legends.
It's going to be an incredible evening, and I love Jet, but they have
a long way to go until they can touch Oasis in sales, peak popularity,
and musical catalogue.
Cheers,
Pat
